Job Description : Mechanical Maintenance Manager ???? Location: Uganda ???? Industry: Poultry / Feed Plant ???? Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering Key Responsibilities: • Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance for poultry shed equipment and feed plant machinery. • Ensure smooth operation of ventilation systems, cooling pads, exhaust fans, conveyors, pellet mills, and hammer mills. • Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot mechanical issues to reduce downtime. • Oversee boiler and heating system maintenance in feed plants and poultry houses. • Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement for critical components. • Lead and train the maintenance team on safety, troubleshooting, and machine handling.
