Job Description : Retail Director to drive transformation and growth across a multi-store platform in the GCC. This role is for someone who builds and drives performance, not someone who maintains it. • Take full ownership of store performance across multiple locations • Drive revenue, conversion, and profitability aggressively • Push store managers and teams to deliver weekly improvements • Identify and execute expansion opportunities • Implement commercial initiatives quickly and at scale We are looking for someone who: • Has opened and scaled retail stores successfully • Is highly commercial and numbers-driven • Operates with urgency and accountability • Is comfortable making decisions in fast-changing environments This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and expectations.
