With a strong foundation in its domestic market and an existing footprint in the United States, the business is now focused on accelerating its expansion internationally - particularly across the US, where significant growth opportunities have been identified. To support this next stage, the company is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join its Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a pivotal appointment, with the successful candidate playing a key role in shaping and executing the financial strategy required to scale the US operations. A core part of the remit will be preparing the business for Private Equity investment and leading the onboarding process to unlock growth capital.
