Job Description : RETAIL HEAD WEST AFRICA The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in FMCG, seafood, frozen foods, and modern retail channels, with strong exposure to hypermarkets, supermarket chains, and retail distribution networks. This leadership role will drive revenue growth, retail expansion, and channel partnerships while managing high-performing sales teams and ensuring strong brand presence in modern retail outlets. Retail Sales Strategy & Growth: - Develop and execute retail sales strategies to drive revenue growth across Andhra Pradesh. - Expand presence across hypermarkets, supermarkets, modern trade, and retail chains. - Identify new retail partnerships and strengthen distribution networks. Channel & Key Account Management: - Manage relationships with large retail chains, hypermarkets, and institutional buyers. - Negotiate commercial agreements, shelf space, promotions, and pricing strategies. - Drive category growth and improve brand visibility across retail outlets. Business Expansion & Market Development: - Explore new opportunities in frozen foods, seafood, and FMCG retail segments. - Lead new store launches, regional market penetration, and product expansion. - Track competitor strategies, consumer trends, and pricing dynamics. Team Leadership & Performance Management: - Build and lead a high-performance retail sales team across the region. - Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for regional teams. - Mentor and develop talent across the sales organization. Operations & Coordination: - Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, marketing, and production teams to ensure product availability. - Monitor inventory flow, merchandising standards, and retail compliance. - Drive timely execution of promotions and marketing campaigns. Requirements: - 17-25 years of experience in retail sales leadership within FMCG, seafood, or frozen foods industries. - Strong exposure to hypermarkets, modern trade, and retail distribution channels. - Proven track record of scaling retail sales operations and managing large teams. - Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills. - MBA / Business degree preferred.
