API Plant Head

Job Description : API Plant Head INDIA for a large-scale API manufacturing facility based in Visakhapatnam. This is a senior leadership role with a compensation of up to ?1.0 Crore per annum. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end plant operations, driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening quality systems, enhancing productivity, and overseeing Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) practices. The role requires managing large cross-functional teams and delivering sustainable performance in a complex manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should hold a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (mandatory) and bring over 20 years of extensive experience in API manufacturing. Prior experience as a Plant Head or Operations Head in reputed pharma or API companies is essential. Strong exposure to regulatory audits, compliance frameworks, and quality systems is required. Proficiency in the Telugu language is mandatory for this role.
