Finance Director

Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR UAE Finance Director with experience in food & beverage manufacturing company based in UAE, Dubai. The Finance Director will be responsible for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities, including; business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. The role reports to the CFO. Do you have extensive experience as a Finance Director within a food and beverage manufacturing business? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting function · Providing strategic recommendations to the CFO · Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting · Advising on long-term business and financial planning · Establishing and developing relations with senior management, external partners and stakeholders · Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures · Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments · Ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations · Ensuring compliance with the law and the company’s policies. KEY INGREDIENTS · Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus · Qualified CPA ,CFA , ACA , ACCA would be ideal · Proven experience as Finance Director within an FMCG organization · In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices · Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods · Proficient in the use of financial management software (e.g. SAP) · Ability to strategize and solve problems · Strong leadership and organizational skills · Excellent communication and people skills · Excellent experience in commercial finance
