Job Description : RSM GCC MUST HAVE SALES PACKAGING MACHINERY EXPERIENCE PROVEN SUCCESS IN DEVELOPING KSA AND IRAQ MARKET BASED IN DUBAI WITH FREQUENT TRAVEL TO ASSIGNED TERRITORY Food People have partnered with a global leader food packaging machinery in their search for a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible in developing sales activities in KSA and Iraq. We are looking for a pro-active, highly motivated individual, able to demonstrate a strong track record in sales and capable of working under their own initiative. You must have strong technical understanding of food packaging machinery and the ability to demonstrate commercial acumen in managing both existing and new business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Take full ownership of sales activities within the assigned territory (KSA and Iraq). · Prepare quotations for individual machines and turnkey projects. · Negotiate on terms and margins. · Create monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast. · Deliver monthly and annual targets. · Build and create a solution-driven approach in achieving sales targets. · Diligent in keeping customer records including leads, orders, and sales activities. · Ability to keep up and understand market trends. · Technical understanding of packaging lines. · Communicate effectively with both local and international stakeholders. · Establish and develop effective relationships with existing and potential customers. · Provide a comprehensive sales plan of all activities. · Identify opportunities for future business. KEY INGREDIENTS · Minimum of 5 years’ GCC experience within processing, packaging and machinery. · Minimum of 3 years’ experience in KSA and Iraq market · Must have machinery product sales experience. · Experienced in selling complete solutions to the food industry. · Excellent communication, project management and leadership skills. · Self-Starter who has the drive and ambition to hunt and win business. · Strong communication skills in English and Arabic. · Demonstrate strong documentation and reporting capability. · Proven track record of delivering success and revenue growth. · Approach all objectives, tasks and communication with enthusiasm and flexibility. · Open to more than 50% business travel. · A degree in Engineering is desirable but not essential. ·
