Reports To: Board of Directors About the Role: Lead the P&L, growth strategy, and operational excellence of a multi-country manufacturing division. The role demands strong leadership in large-scale industrial operations across Africa, with a focus on profitability, governance, and expansion. Key Responsibilities: ? Oversee multi-plant manufacturing operations across Africa ? Drive production efficiency, quality, and cost leadership ? Lead strategic expansion and new market entry ? Strengthen supply chain, vendor, and government partnerships ? Build high-performing leadership teams and drive a strong culture ? Ensure compliance, governance, and financial discipline Requirements: ???? Engineering Graduate (Mechanical / Industrial / Chemical preferred) + MBA ???? 25+ years of manufacturing leadership, with 5–10 years in Africa ???? Proven experience managing multi-plant or SBU operations ???? Exposure to Construction Materials / Chemicals industries Key Skills: ???? Strategic Vision & Execution ????
