KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage and oversee retail store operations across the country • Drive sales growth, budgets, and profitability targets • Ensure excellent customer service standards across all outlets • Monitor inventory management and stock control • Lead, train and develop high-performing retail teams • Analyze sales performance, KPIs, and market trends • Ensure SOP compliance and brand standards across stores • Coordinate with warehouse, buying and planning teams ????
