Job Description : Supply Chain & Logistics Manager – Dubai We are partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical company to appoint a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager based in Dubai. This role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations across the GCC, ensuring the efficient distribution of pharmaceutical products while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, quality, and service. Core Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations across the region. • Oversee demand planning, inventory management, and distribution to ensure product availability. • Coordinate with manufacturing sites, distributors, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries. • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, GDP standards, and quality requirements. •Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks. • Lead relationships with third-party logistics providers and regional stakeholders. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. • 12+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector. • Strong knowledge of regional distribution networks and regulatory requirements in the GCC. • Experience managing 3PL partners and complex supply chains. • Proven ability to drive operational improvements and manage cross-functional teams.
