REGIONAL HEAD

Job Description : REGIONAL HEAD OF FP & A DUBAI UAE a leading technology company to recruit a Regional Head of FP&A based in Dubai. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across the region, providing critical insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth. Lead the FP&A function across the region, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support business objectives. Partner with cross-functional teams to analyse performance, optimise costs, and drive profitability. Develop robust financial models and tools to support scenario planning and data-driven decisions. Ensure alignment between regional financial goals and global corporate strategy. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team. Deliver clear, concise financial reporting and presentations to regional and global leadership. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is preferred). 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong background in the technology or digital sector is highly advantageous. Proven expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic analysis. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills. Advanced proficiency in financial systems, ERP tools, and Excel. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
