Job Description : Director of Operations *** We are partnering with a high-growth, internationally recognised luxury beauty brand to appoint a Director of Operations based in Dubai. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping and optimising the end-to-end supply chain across the region. You will oversee demand planning, supply planning, logistics, and warehousing while ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment. The position requires a commercially minded operator who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, and seamless delivery across all channels. Key Responsibilities Lead the full regional operations function, covering demand planning, supply planning, warehousing, and logistics. Drive operational strategy to support business growth, market expansion, and new product launches. Own forecasting and inventory planning processes, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimising risk of overstock or stockouts. Manage and optimise relationships with logistics partners, distribution centres, and third-party providers. Enhance warehouse and distribution performance, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Strengthen S&OP processes, working closely with commercial, marketing, and finance teams to align demand with supply. Ensure seamless execution of product launches and seasonal activations across the region. Monitor and improve key operational KPIs including service levels, fulfilment rates, inventory turnover, and cost efficiency. Introduce best-in-class processes, systems, and tools to elevate operational performance. Ensure compliance with regional regulations, import/export requirements, and quality standards. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing operations team capable of supporting continued regional growth. Candidate Profile 10–15+ years’ experience in supply chain or operations leadership, ideally within luxury beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or premium retail. Strong expertise across demand planning, supply planning, logistics, and distribution. Proven experience managing regional operations and third-party logistics networks. Deep understanding of inventory optimisation, forecasting, and S&OP processes. Experience operating in fast-paced, brand-led environments with frequent product launches. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business decisions. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
