Job Description : Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Logistics Location: Dubai Salary: AED 80,000 – 100,000 About the Role We are searching for a visionary Chief Executive Officer to drive the growth, operational efficiency, and profitability of a leading logistics and warehousing organization. This pivotal role focuses on optimizing supply chain operations, expanding market presence, and ensuring sustainable business performance. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the company’s strategic direction across logistics, warehousing and transportation. Explore and capitalize on new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and regional expansion. Develop and implement pricing policies, cost management initiatives, and revenue optimization strategies. Manage large-scale warehouse operations, fleet management, and end-to-end supply chain workflows. Lead contract negotiations and major logistics agreements. Ensure compliance with UAE laws, industry regulations, and operational best practices. Provide leadership and coordination across senior teams in operations, commercial, finance, and supply chain functions. Enhance the organization’s competitive edge and market positioning. Monitor operational KPIs, financial results, and performance metrics to support scalable growth. Candidate Profile Proven track record in senior leadership roles within logistics, warehousing, transportation etc Strong commercial and strategic acumen, including experience in pricing, cost control, and contract management. Demonstrated ability in business development and overseeing complex logistics operations. Experience managing multi-location warehouse and transportation networks. Results-oriented with strong financial insight and operational expertise. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
