Job Description : BUSINESS UNIT HEAD SE ASIA Business Unit Head to work closely with the Country Manager in a fast-paced environment that offers ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise. As a Business Unit Head, your key tasks include: Driving and achieving the sales performance objectives of the Business Unit through focused execution of strategic plans and growth initiatives. Leading and implementing marketing strategies aimed at building brand equity and maximizing market share across therapeutic segments. Engaging, developing, and mentoring a large team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and alignment with Megas We Care values. Building and strengthening long-term relationships with KOLs, KBLs, distributors, and key stakeholders, ensuring acquisition, retention, and joint collaboration for achieving strategic goals. Applications are invited from interested candidates who meet the following criteria: Graduate degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Science (B.Sc) in Biology with an MBA preferred. 10–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including at least 4–5 years in a second-line or higher managerial role, along with some exposure to marketing. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, strategic, and a true team player with exceptional interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships across functions. You bring strong analytical capabilities with mastery in data-driven decision making, advanced proficiency in MS Excel, and dynamic presentation skills. You are comfortable leveraging modern business tools such as CRM systems, BI reports, and dashboards to draw actionable insights. Experience in developing strategies, ensuring cultural integration, and leading large diverse teams in a new market environment is critical to succeed in this role.
