QUARRY MANAGER

Job Description : QUARRY MANAGER KENYA 10+ years experience experienced Quarry Manager for a leading construction company in Kenya. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complete quarry operations, including production, extraction, crushing, manpower, machinery, safety, and dispatch activities to ensure smooth and cost-effective site operations. Oversee end-to-end quarry production and extraction operations Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are achieved Manage drilling, blasting, crushing, screening, and loading activities Supervise manpower, machine operators, and site workforce Monitor equipment maintenance and machine availability to reduce downtime Ensure HSE, environmental, and mining compliance standards Control fuel consumption, production cost, and wastage Coordinate with project and site teams for timely supply of materials Maintain production MIS, stock reports, and dispatch records Improve yield, plant efficiency, and operational productivity Experience in quarry, mining, or aggregates operations Strong knowledge of crushing plants, extraction, and screening systems Experience in site operations and workforce supervision Good knowledge of HSE and mining safety standards Exposure to construction material supply chain Willingness to relocate to Kenya / Africa
