Job Description : Head of Turnarounds / Shutdowns Location - Middle East, permanent position A leading engineering and industrial services organisation is seeking a Head of Turnarounds to lead and grow its shutdown and turnaround operations across the Middle East. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and strategic growth within a high-value turnaround portfolio across oil & gas and process industries. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline 15+ years’ experience within oil & gas / industrial services Proven leadership experience in turnarounds / shutdowns / maintenance services. Strong track record managing large-scale, multi-site turnaround projects Experience in: EPC / maintenance / shutdown service environments managing complex client portfolios in the Middle East, commercial and contractual management Strong understanding of: turnaround planning and execution methodologies, cost control and scheduling tools
