Job Description : COO / Plant COO – Beauty & Skin Care Manufacturing We are looking for an experienced COO / Plant COO for a leading beauty and skincare manufacturing company based in Noida, with a current turnover of approximately ?400 Cr and a clear mandate to scale to ?1,000 Cr. Role Mandate: Oversee and manage multiple manufacturing plants Drive production efficiency, capacity expansion, and cost optimization Strengthen quality systems, compliance, and best-in-class manufacturing practices Implement process excellence, SOPs, and governance frameworks Partner closely with ownership to support rapid and sustainable growth Ideal Candidate Profile: Senior operations leader from beauty, personal care, FMCG, or consumer-facing manufacturing Experience managing multi-plant operations in similar or larger setups Comfortable working in an owner-driven environment Strong background in scaling operations, improving throughput, and raising quality benchmarks Well-educated engineers preferred If you believe you have what it takes to scale a ?400 Cr business to ?1,000 Cr, we would love to connect.
