Job Description : COO – Sales & Growth (Beauty & Personal Care Manufacturing) We are looking for a COO – Sales & Growth for a leading beauty and skincare manufacturing company based in Noida, with a current turnover of ?400 Cr and a clear vision to scale the business to ?1,000 Cr. Key Responsibilities: Drive overall sales growth across domestic and international markets Lead and support New Product Development (NPD) in collaboration with R&D and manufacturing teams Identify and build new sales avenues and channels Develop and expand international markets (exports, distributors, global partners) Acquire and grow new private label / contract manufacturing clients Work closely with ownership to define and execute long-term growth strategy Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in beauty, personal care, FMCG, or consumer-facing manufacturing Must have hands-on manufacturing exposure (factory-facing role, plant coordination, or operations interface) Strong background in sales leadership, NPD, and international market development Experience working with private label / contract manufacturing businesses Comfortable operating in an owner-driven environment Well-educated professionals (engineering background preferred) If you believe you can build scalable growth engines and help take the business beyond ?1,000 Cr,
