Operational Planning & Strategic Execution * Direct all packaging and production operations to ensure 100% alignment with output targets. * Develop and oversee rigorous daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. * Maintain a robust supply chain interface to ensure continuous material flow and zero downtime. 2. Resource Management & Maintenance Optimization * Maximize the efficiency of manpower, equipment, and raw materials. * Lead the coordination of predictive and preventive maintenance schedules to safeguard asset reliability. * Implement strict material usage controls to minimize waste and optimize cost-to-output ratios. 3. Leadership & Continuous Improvement * Foster a culture of excellence by leading, mentoring, and upskilling the production team. * Utilize data-driven performance analysis to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements. * Partner with Logistics to guarantee on-time delivery and fulfillment. * Execute strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects as directed by senior management. ???? Job Requirements Qualifications * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or a related field). * Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in packaging or high-volume manufacturing environments. * Certifications (Preferred): PMP and Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) certification is highly desirable. Technical Competencies * Systems: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and production management software. * Compliance: Deep understanding of ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, and international food safety standards. * Automation: Comprehensive knowledge of automated production lines and integrated maintenance strategies. * Analytics: Strong ability to translate complex data sets into actionable operational reports
