Requirements: • 12-15 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle / Truck sales • MUST have strong UAE market experience (minimum 5 years) • Minimum 5 years in leadership / team management role • Proven track record managing large and diverse sales teams • Strong commercial acumen and strategic sales expertise • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial preferred) • MBA or Sales/Management certifications will be an advantage
