Job Description : PET Section Incharge ???? Location: Zambia ???? Industry: PET Preform / Packaging / Plastic Manufacturing ????????? Experience Required: 8 – 12 Years ???? Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering ???? Key Responsibilities Manage PET injection molding production during the assigned shift Ensure daily production targets are achieved Monitor machine utilization, cycle time, and production efficiency Reduce rejection, scrap, and process losses Handle shift manpower planning and supervision Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for machine breakdowns Maintain process parameters and quality standards Prepare production reports and proper shift handover Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and operational procedures ???? Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Production Output vs Planned Production Machine Utilization Percentage Reduction in Rejection and Scrap Rates Downtime Reduction Production Efficiency Improvement ???? Required Skills Strong knowledge of PET Injection Molding Processes Experience working with Husky / Sacmi / Netstal or similar PET machines Experience in shift production management Knowledge of production reporting, Excel, and ERP systems Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills Knowledge of quality control and GMP standards Strong leadership and team supervision ability ????
