PHARMA PRODUCTION MANAGER

Job Description : PHARMA PRODUCTION MANAGER IRELAND Open to International candidates Rep to: Senior Leadership team / Managing Committee · Running the plant to achieve targeted production of tablets, formulations, ointments, liquids etc. · Will play a key role in setting up a new plant. The person must have experience in managing operations of putting up the plant. · Will select a team from local resources, assign jobs and train them for excellent performance. · Person will oversee the day to day operations of the plant including packaging, quality assurance and laboratory testing, utilities and all facilities. · The incumbent will play a key role in decision making regarding procurement of plant machinery, raw material and other resources. Therefore thorough knowledge of suppliers in India is a must. · The position is a Core Committee member of the plant. · Will have accountability of overall standards, quality, compliance with SOPs and administration of the plant. Must have Min 15 years experience max 20 years in Pharma sector. Must have minimum 5 years experience as Factory Manager managing all departments in pharma plant of repute. B.Pharma / Chemical Engineer or related field. Must have thorough process knowledge, maintenance requirements, GMP standards, regulatory requirements, packaging requirements to ensure smooth factory operations.
