Job Description : Head of Financial Planning (Head of Controlling) Salary: AED 40,000 – AED 60,000 per month Location: Dubai Industry Type: Retail Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities. Deliver in-depth financial insights and strategic recommendations to support business decisions. Manage profitability performance, cost efficiency initiatives, and market-related financial assessments. Lead, mentor, and strengthen finance teams while streamlining and improving financial processes. Requirements: Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration. More than 10 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles, ideally within the retail sector. Strong proficiency in SAP, advanced financial modeling, and analytical tools.
