Group Finance Director

Job Description : Group Finance Director | Equity-Backed Manufacturing Tech | Remote-First (London HQ) | Permanent high-growth, venture-backed manufacturing technology business scaling rapidly across Europe and the US. You will work with the CFO to build and lead a global finance function from the ground up, putting in place the infrastructure, controls, and reporting needed for international growth. ???? Key Experience required for the role: ???? ACA (or equivalent), ideally Big 4 trained ???? Hands-on experience leading or supporting capital raises of £100m+ ???? Currently operating at GFD / FD / Group FC / CFO-1 level in a international complex business ???? Proven experience in venture-backed, high-growth environments ???? Track record of building finance infrastructure from scratch
