Job Description : Commercial Head – Emerging Markets (Formulations Business) Location: Hyderabad Industry: Reputed Pharma Company (India) Offered CTC Up to 1.50 Cr.P.A Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Commercial Head – Emerging Markets to lead Sales & Marketing for the formulations business across emerging geographies. The role focuses on building sustainable growth through strong brand creation, market expansion, and high-performing commercial teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Growth & Strategy Drive revenue growth across Emerging Markets. Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals. Build sustainable business models with a strong focus on brand development and market penetration. 2. Brand Building & Market Expansion Lead new product launches and therapy development initiatives. Create and scale brands across multiple geographies. Strengthen market presence through strategic positioning and execution excellence. 3. Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor cross-regional commercial teams. Build a high-performance culture emphasizing integrity, discipline, and continuous learning. Manage senior stakeholders including Regional Heads (VP level), Marketing Head, and CROM teams. 4. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Understand market dynamics and customer needs to drive business growth. Ensure the highest standards of ethics and compliance. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Finance teams. Align commercial strategies with business objectives to achieve revenue and profitability targets. 6. Marketing Excellence Establish robust marketing processes and frameworks. Strengthen digital marketing capabilities and regional marketing teams. Drive scientific promotion to build knowledge-based customer relationships. Ensure excellence in product launches and lifecycle management. Candidate Profile Education: B.Pharmacy / B.Sc . with MBA from a reputed Business School Experience: 15+ years in Commercial / Sales & Marketing roles Strong experience in Branded Generics Business (India and/or Emerging Markets) Proven track record in: Revenue delivery and growth Therapy development New product launches Brand building in diverse markets Leading large sales and marketing teams Key Competencies Strategic thinking and execution excellence Strong leadership and people management skills Market expansion and brand-building expertise High level of business acumen and stakeholder management Strong ethical orientation and compliance mindset
