Job Description : Shift In-Charge – Linear Injection Moulding & Linear Blow Moulding Plant (Harare, Zimbabwe) We are looking for an experienced Shift In-Charge to manage operations at our Linear Injection & Linear Blow Moulding Plant. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Oversee linear injection moulding & linear blow moulding machine operations • Handle machine maintenance & troubleshooting • Ensure smooth production with minimal downtime • Manage shift manpower and drive productivity • Maintain quality, safety, and production targets ???? Candidate Profile: • CIPET pass-out (preferred) • Hands-on experience in linear injection moulding & linear blow moulding machines • Strong expertise in machine maintenance • Good leadership and team handling skills ???? Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: USD 800 – 1000 • Local allowance • Stay & Food provided • Annual travel to India
