Job Description : General Manager / Production Manager Location: Jordan We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on professional to lead the full operations of a cosmetics manufacturing facility specialized in Hair Gel & Hair Wax products. • Key Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage end-to-end production operations Ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement Lead and develop production teams• Optimize costs and enhance operational performance Implement strategies for growth and expansion Maintain high standards of product quality and compliance Requirements: 8-15 years of experience in FMCG or cosmetics manufacturing• Proven experience in Hair Gel/ Hair Wax production is highly preferred- Strong leadership and operational management skills Hands-on experience in factory operations and process improvement Ability to drive results and manage teams effectively Profile:We are seeking a proactive, results-driven leader with a strong personality and the ability to make impactful decisions in a fast-paced environment.
