Head of IT

Job Description : Head of IT Looking for a dynamic and experienced IT leader to drive end-to-end technology strategy and execution in a fast-growing, multi-location environment. ???? Role Highlights: • Lead and own the entire IT function including strategy, governance, and execution • Manage core systems like POS, ERP, HRMS, inventory, and reporting tools • Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system reliability across locations • Drive new outlet IT setup (DATA/LAN/VOICE/TV) and ensure seamless project execution • Manage outsourced vendors, contracts, and SLAs • Enable digital transformation, automation, and data-driven decision-making ???? Key Requirements: • Minimum 10+ years of IT experience • 5+ years in a leadership role (Head of IT or equivalent) • Strong exposure to QSR / Retail / Hospitality environments • Hands-on experience in managing IT projects for multi-location setups • Expertise in vendor management and outsourced IT models ????
