Job Description : Senior Finance Leader (CA / CFA) – Manufacturing / Agri Sector | Nigeria We are currently looking for a high-caliber Finance Leader to join a leading organization in Nigeria, with strong exposure to manufacturing and/or agri sector operations. ???? Role Overview This role will be responsible for leading the entire finance function across multiple entities, driving financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth across West Africa operations. ? Key Requirements Qualified CA / CFA or equivalent 10+ years of overall experience in finance Minimum 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role in Nigeria Strong experience in Manufacturing / Agri sector (preferred) At least 3+ years managing multiple group entities Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills ???? Key Responsibilities ???? Finance Leadership & Controls Lead finance teams and establish strong controls across: Budgeting & variance analysis Credit control (AR & AP management) Financial reporting & MIS Monthly closures Internal audit & compliance Drive ERP implementation and process improvements Optimize production/trade processes through data-driven insights ???? Banking & Financial Strategy Manage banking relationships for: Project financing (including Central Bank engagements) Working capital optimization Cost control on banking fees & charges Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and financial institutions ???? Compliance, Audit & Governance Lead statutory audits and consolidation for West Africa entities Ensure compliance with local tax regulations Manage interactions with tax authorities ???? Treasury & Business Support Oversee treasury and fund management Optimize cash flow and minimize FX exposure/losses ??
