Job Description : CHRO DUBAI UAE very well-established large-sized retail organisation which is a part of a very large multi-sector conglomerate. About the Role: The position would be part of the strategic leadership team of the organisation and be responsible for developing and executing the HR strategy for the organisation. Detailed Job Description would be shared with the shortlisted candidates. Should have experience of at least 15 years in HR. Should have led HR function for medium / large scale organisations for at least 3-4 years. Should have significant experience in retail or FMCG industry - candidates with experience in other industries would not be considered. Experience in Middle East and International level is highly desirable. Should have good career stability. Should be less than 50 years of age Pay range and compensation package: Would be in the range of 50-60k AED p.m.
