Job Description : GROUP CFO EAST AFRICA This is a high-impact, board-facing role with oversight across 5–20+ entities, driving financial strategy, governance, and business growth. ???? Location: EastAfrica (Multi-country role) ???? Experience: 18–28 Years ???? Qualification: CA / CMA (Mandatory) ????Industry: Manufacturing, Trading or Hotel Industries only ???? Key Highlights: • Lead group-level financial strategy & transformation • Manage multi-entity consolidation & cross-border finance • Partner with Board & leadership team for strategic decisions • Drive fundraising, treasury & capital management • Oversee financial operations across 5–6 countries • Strengthen governance, compliance & risk frameworks ???? Ideal Candidate: ? Proven experience in group finance roles ? Strong exposure to multi-country operations (Africa preferred) ? Expertise in FP&A, consolidation, and financial controls ?
