Job Description : General Manager / Deputy Managing Director Location: Nigeria (Candidate must already be based in Nigeria – this is mandatory) We are looking for a strong Profit Center Head with experience in driving business growth and managing end-to-end operations within a Plastic manufacturing environment. Ideal Background Mix: • Finance Orientation – ~80% • Sales & Marketing Exposure – ~50% • Technical / Operations Understanding – ~20% The role requires a strategic leader capable of managing financial performance, driving revenue growth, and overseeing business operations while ensuring strong market expansion. Candidates currently working in Nigeria within manufacturing industries and handling P&L / Profit Center responsibilities would be highly preferred.
