Job Description : Senior Process Engineering – Industrialization & Capex (Plastic Injection Moulding & Assembly) GERMANY Open to International candidates Experience: 15+ Years automototive exp is mandatory Job Description: Responsible for end-to-end industrialization of plastic injection moulding, assembly, and paint shop processes with focus on low-cost automation. Lead CAPEX planning, budgeting, justification, and execution aligned with business goals. Drive cycle time optimization, productivity improvement, and cost reduction initiatives. Develop and implement robust manufacturing processes, layouts, and line balancing. Ensure process standardization, PFMEA, control plans, and continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen). Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development and smooth SOP. Manage vendor development, equipment selection, and commissioning.
