Job Description : Cluster Head – Operations (Manufacturing) FMCG PRODUCTS CARIBBEAN Role Overview The Cluster Head – Operations is responsible for managing multiple manufacturing plants or units within a defined cluster. The role focuses on driving production efficiency, quality, cost optimization, safety, and timely delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Continuous Improvement & Projects Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial preferred) MBA in Operations (preferred) 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing operations Experience managing multiple plants/units is essential Key Skills Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing & continuous improvement Leadership and multi-site team management Data-driven decision-making Strong understanding of supply chain and plant finance Problem-solving and strategic thinking
