Job Description : Chief Financial Officer – For a Leading Real Estate Company based in Central Africa Experience : 15+ years Education : CA / CMA / ICWA (Qualified) • Must have experience from Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction / EPC / Power Projects or Similar. • The Chief Finance Controller will lead and oversee the entire finance function, ensuring strong financial governance, statutory compliance, cost control, and strategic financial planning and capable of working with international stakeholders and managing complex, multi-project operations. • Sound knowledge of OHADA accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory environment. • Financial Leadership & Strategy (Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across projects • Financial Control & Reporting (Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with group policies.) • Compliance & Statutory Matters (Ensure compliance with local laws, OHADA regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.) • Treasury & Cash Management (Oversee treasury operations, banking relationships, and fund planning.) • Team & Stakeholder Management & Risk Management & Governance.
