Job Description : Head Manufacturing Operations | Agro Active We are looking to Pnboard a Seasoned Manufacturing Leader to head large-Scale operations in the Agro Active / Agrochemical Domain. This is a Strategic leadership role driving end-to-end Plant Performance, Operational Excellence, & Expansion initiatives. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Manufacturing operations (Production, Engineering, EHS) Drive Cost Optimization, yield improvement & Operational Excellence Ensure Global Regulatory Compliance (EHS, Export Standards) Spearhead Capacity Expansion (Greenfield/Brownfield) Build & Mentor high-performing plant teams Ideal Candidate Profile: 20–25 years of experience in Agrochemicals / Chemicals Strong exposure to multi-product & Hazardous Chemical Manufacturing Proven Track Record in large plant leadership Roles Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, EHS framework Direct impact on Business Growth & profitability High Visibility with Top leadership Opportunity to lead Transformation & Expansion journey
