Job Description : Production Head - East Africa This position is for a leading paint manufacturing company producing & marketing widely renowned brands across East African countries. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with MBA in Marketing preferred Experience: 15-20 years in decorative paints; Africa experience preferred Minimum 5–7 years in a plant leadership role in the paints or coatings industry. Proven experience in managing large-scale batch manufacturing operations. Hands-on experience in paint manufacturing processes. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end manufacturing operations of the Paint Plant; ensuring delivery of production targets in line with business objectives related to volume, quality, cost, safety, and customer service levels. Ability to perform under pressure will be an added advantage! Effective communication skills & the ability to be tactfully assertive & work through a systems approach.
