20 yearsJob Description : Manager HR (Corporate HR) Location: Tanzania Experience: 10–15+ years in Corporate HR Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources Key Responsibilities: - Lead corporate HR strategy and policy implementation - Manage talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding - Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives - Oversee payroll, statutory compliance, and HR governance - Handle industrial relations and administration for multi-location/plants - Prepare HR budgets, reports, and present to senior management - Ensure smooth HR operations across all units with global best practices Requirements: - Strong exposure to end-to-end HR operations - Experience in handling multi-location/plant HR preferred - International/Africa experience will be an added advantage - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
