This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving performance through production managers and plant teams. ???? Key Responsibilities • Manage and synchronise operations of both manufacturing units • Lead 4 Production Managers and plant teams • Achieve ?90% utilisation and ?95% uptime • Reduce scrap/rejection by 30% • Control production cost and improve efficiency • Implement SOPs, reporting systems, and discipline culture • Ensure export-grade quality and on-time dispatch ???? Key Requirements: 20+ years of experience in Extruded Plastic Sheet/manufacturing industry. Proven track record in plant or factory management Strong knowledge of Sheet extrusion processes (preferred) Leadership skills with hands-on operational approach Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance practices
