Job Description : MAINTENANCE MANAGER SIERAA LEONE FOR POWER PLANT Key Responsibilities 1. PlantOperationsManagement: Supervise the daily operation of the 8 1 MW generators. o Ensure stable and reliable power supply for the flour production unit (mill). o Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. 2. MaintenanceManagement: o Establish and oversee mechanical, electrical, and HIMOINSA (Yanmar) equipment maintenance procedures. Diagnose and promptly resolve technical issues. Ensure safety compliance and adherence to technical and regulatory standards. 3. TeamManagement: Supervise, train, and motivate the team of technicians and operators. Organize work schedules and ensure adequate staffing for optimal plant operation. 4. Planning and Reporting: o Monitor plant performance and prepare technical and financial reports. o Recommend improvements to optimize production and reduce costs. Minimum of 18 years hands-on experience managing similar power plants. Strong knowledge of HIMOINSA (Yanmar) generators. Proficient in mechanical and electrical maintenance procedures. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems. Knowledge of electrical and industrial safety and compliance standards. Management & Leadership: Proven team management skills. Ability to implement and monitor operational and maintenance procedures.
