Job Description : Plant Head – Dubai UAE We are looking for a seasoned Plant Head to lead operations at a large-scale tower manufacturing facility (~60,000 TPA) based in Dubai. This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in **fabrication, plant operations, and large-scale industrial management**. ???? Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end plant operations ensuring smooth production, quality, and on-time delivery • Oversee fabrication processes with focus on cost efficiency and productivity • Drive compliance with EHS standards and promote a strong safety culture • Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma) • Manage plant budgets, cost control, and profitability • Develop leadership pipeline and strengthen people management practices • Collaborate with senior leadership on capacity planning, expansion, and strategy ???? • BE/B.Tech 1) in Mechanical Engineering (Full-time) • 20+ years of manufacturing experience, including 15+ years in factory operations • 5–7 years in Plant Head / Plant Manager / Deputy Plant Manager roles • Strong exposure to fabrication (steel structures, towers, heavy engineering) • Knowledge of CNC operations is an advantage • Strong commercial acumen and business understanding • Proven leadership and large workforce management experience ????
