Job Description : GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR MAURITIUS a luxury tourism business offering exclusive destinations for the adventurous traveller. They have several properties across Africa and the business employs more than 400 people. The Head Office is located in Mauritius. Job Description Full responsibility for the financial management of all companies in the Group including: · Processing · Policies · Accounting · Financial management · Reporting · Cashflow management · Insurance · Systems · Analysis · Audit Management of the Finance team: · Finance team in Mauritius · Dotted line to the Senior Accounts officer and Financial Controller of the regional businesses · Liaison with other key departments for financial support (including Sales and HR) LEADERSHIP - Be a member of the Senior Leadership team. While responsible for Finance and Commercial matters, the candidate is expected to be familiar with all disciplines of the operation, approachable and engaged with senior members of the company and representatives at all locations of operations. STRATEGY - Participate in the formulation of strategy with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team and assist in drafting execution plans for implementation thereof. CULTURE - As a senior leader in the organisation the candidate is expected to be a culture carrier for the group.
