Key Responsibilities: • Drive volume growth and bulk rice sales across global markets • Manage BL sales and develop strong export strategies • Expand business in Africa, China, Philippines, and other key regions • Lead P&L responsibility and ensure profitability • Build and strengthen distribution & customer networks • Monitor global market trends and identify new trade opportunities • Manage risk factors including credit, currency, and counterparties ???? What We’re Looking For: • Strong experience in rice trading / agri-commodities exports • Proven track record in international bulk sales • Exposure to global markets (Africa / Asia) • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and commercial acumen
