Job Description : BUSINESS LEADER UAE A fast-growing FMCG platform is hiring an international business leader to build and scale markets across Africa and other emerging regions. This role covers: • International market strategy and expansion • Building and managing distributor networks across multiple countries • Market entry and scaling across complex geographies • Ownership of pricing, margins, and commercial performance • Brand strategy and trade marketing execution • Building and leading international sales and export teams • Defining route-to-market and performance frameworks It suits someone who has built markets from scratch, fixed underperforming distributor setups, and can drive growth in challenging, high-potential environments. What we’re looking for: • 15+ years in FMCG, with strong food category exposure • Proven track record across Africa or similar emerging markets • Deep experience in distributor-led business models • Strong ownership of sales, marketing, and trade spend • Hands-on experience in pricing, margins, and volume-driven growth
