Production Manager Refinery

Job Description : Production Manager Refinery Sunflower and Soya (Africa & overseas experience are a must.) Location: Nacala, Mozambique Reporting to : CEO / MD Reported by : 4-5 expat & 20-30 Local staff Qualification: BE Chemical background (Must) Responsibilities: · Manage production & quality for the sunflower and soya edible oil refinery with 90 Tons per day capacity. · Manage overall production planning activities & quality control work to achieve the · targeted production. · Manage efficiently Filling & Packaging unit. · Oversee Quality parameters for Refinery, through Physical and Lab testing etc. · Continual Improvement process through reduction of production loss and consumption. · Deliver job related training to production staff to increase efficiency and safety · Inventory Control & Spares management · Salary Structure: Net Salary Paid In Local Currency, · USD equivalent bachelor status furnished accommodation with water and electricity paid by the company. Accommodation mostly within the factory campus / in an apartment. · Food & CookingMaid cost by self in sharing along with flatmate. Transport to/fro provided as required. Once after 2 years, tickets to India is provided. · & for joining. Visa and work permit provided by the company.
