Job Description : Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a leading Pharma Company ???? Location: Kinshasa, DRC Looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee our end-to-end business operations. The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening supply chain and distribution networks, and supporting the company’s strategic growth in the pharmaceutical sector. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Lead overall business operations including logistics, warehouse, inventory, and sales operations • Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and performance frameworks • Ensure efficient supply chain management and regulatory compliance • Monitor operational KPIs and drive process improvement initiatives • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and business expansion • Build high-performing teams and promote a performance-driven culture ???? Requirements: • MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Management • 18–25 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations • 7–10 years in senior leadership roles (COO / VP – Operations) • Strong exposure to pharma distribution, supply chain, and regulatory compliance
