Job Title: Zonal Business Head Function/Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Abuja/ Lagos/ As per Business Requirement Reports To: VP Operations & Marketing HOD: VP Operations & Marketing Employment Type: Regular POSITION SUMMARY: The Zonal Head is a leadership role in Oil & Gas Company. This role serves as the strategic driver for Zonal business growth and sustainable success. Accountable for the overall Operations, Maintenance, and Sales performance within the assigned Zone. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Full P&L Responsibility for the region, ensuring profitability through Revenue Growth, Operational excellence, maintenance reliability. Strategic Leadership in planning and executing initiatives that align with corporate objectives across Sales& Marketing, Operations, Maintenance, and Regulatory Compliance Sales & Market Growth: Drive regional sales strategies, customer engagement, and market penetration to achieve revenue targets. Operational Excellence: Oversight of LNG/LCNG/ CNG & Industrial operations, ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements & optimization of multi-site performance. Maintenance Expertise: Deep understanding of maintenance principles, asset integrity, preventive and predictive programs, and compliance with technical standards Regulatory Compliances and ensuring all permits in place and Audits. QHSE -Adherence to highest Quality and Safety standards of Green Ville Retail and Industrial Projects and assets. Expertise in Digitization. SAP/ AI People Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Direct Reports: 1. State Heads 2. Zonal Operation Head 3. Zonal Maintenance Head 4. Zonal Head of QC 5. Zonal Head of HSE 6. Zonal Head Projects and Engineering 7. Zonal warehouse and Stores 8. Zonal IT Manager Indirect Reports: 1. Area Sales Managers 2. Station Head 3. Maintenance Mangers 4. Project Managers EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / KEY SKILLS: BE/ BTech with MBA or equivalent Proven experience of 20 -25 years in the similar industry of LNG/LCNG/ CNG Industrial & retail operations, maintenance management, and regional sales leadership. Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and deliver sustainable profitability. Expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management. Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
