CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER 
20 yearsJob Description : CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER DUBAI This is a senior leadership role with broad commercial and operational accountability across a complex, multi-category portfolio spanning retail and consumer businesses. The CCO will partner closely with the Group CEO and executive leadership team to drive sustainable growth, margin expansion, and disciplined execution at scale. The role is designed for a hands-on, high-impact operator who thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments and can translate commercial strategy into measurable results. Key Responsibilities Commercial & Strategic Leadership Own and drive end-to-end commercial performance across multiple business units Translate group strategy into clear execution plans, KPIs, and growth roadmaps Act as a key thought partner to the Group CEO on performance, risk, and strategic priorities P&L & Performance Management Full accountability for commercial P&L delivery Drive revenue growth, margin optimization, pricing strategy, and working capital efficiency Establish rigorous performance governance, dashboards, and operating cadence Multi-Business & Multi-Market Oversight Lead commercial and operational oversight across diverse retail formats and geographies Ensure consistency in commercial frameworks while allowing market agility Support expansion, turnaround, and optimization initiatives where required Transformation & Scale Lead large-scale commercial and operational transformation programs Strengthen category management, private label, pricing, and promotional effectiveness Improve processes, systems, and cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR Leadership & Culture Lead and develop senior commercial and operational leaders Build a culture of accountability, speed, and ownership Serve as a visible, credible executive leader with strong stakeholder presence Candidate Profile Experience Proven senior leadership experience as CCO, COO, EVP, MD, or equivalent Demonstrated success managing large, multi-category retail or consumer platforms with full P&L accountability Strong experience in private label development, category management, and margin expansion is essential Experience within pharmacy retail, health & wellness retail, cash & carry, value/discount formats, or multi-format consumer environments preferred Proven track record operating within the GCC or broader Middle East region is required Exposure to multi-country operations is highly desirable Strong commercial acumen with an execution-driven mindset Deep understanding of margin management, category performance, and operational discipline Data-driven decision-maker with a bias for action Comfortable leading transformation in dynamic, growth-oriented environments Hands-on, decisive, and resilient Credible with CEOs, Boards, and senior stakeholders Able to challenge constructively and drive outcomes
