Job Description : Financial Controller (Ghana) ???? Location: Accra, Ghana We are looking for a Financial Controller to lead the finance function for a fast-growing business in the manufacturing sector. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, working closely with the Managing Director and driving financial performance, controls, and business decision-making. ???? Key Highlights of the Role: • Lead end-to-end financial management & reporting • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning • Strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks • Oversee manufacturing costing & inventory management • Manage ERP systems and improve financial processes • Ensure effective working capital and cash flow management • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team ???? Ideal Candidate: • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10–12 years of experience • Strong exposure to manufacturing environments • Expertise in financial reporting, costing, and working capital • Hands-on experience with ERP systems • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
