Job Description : VP – Operations (Formulations – OSD) IRELAND Open to International candidates Role Overview: We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic leader to head Operations for Formulations (OSD). The role involves driving end-to-end manufacturing excellence across multiple plants, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and business alignment. Key Responsibilities: Lead overall operations for OSD manufacturing across multiple sites Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards (USFDA, MHRA, WHO, etc.) Drive productivity, cost optimization, and quality excellence Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams Implement continuous improvement and best-in-class manufacturing practices Align plant operations with organizational goals and delivery timelines Candidate Profile: B.Pharm / M.Pharm 25+ years of experience in pharmaceutical formulations Strong expertise in OSD manufacturing Proven experience in managing large-scale / multi-plant operations Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
